2. Pull up the product(s) you’re interested in. By clicking you can enlarge the photo to see more details and the back side of the product, as well as its composition, the sizes available, its reference number and price.

3. Select a garment and add the article to your shopping cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or process the order.

4. If you want to continue shopping, repeat the procedure. However, if you want your order to be processed, register or sign in.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times for shipments on the Spain and Balearic Islands are between 24 and 48 hours. Once the purchase is processed, other destinations take 3-7 days, depending on the area.

How much will I have to pay in shipping charges?
For purchases above 70€ shipping is free (Spain and Balearic Islands only). Express shipping charges with ZELERIS are 4.95 € for the Spain; for other destinations please check the Shipping Chart.

Can I track my order?
Yes, using the “tracking number” assigned by ZELERIS you will be able to monitor your order status.

What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order is going to be shipped from the warehouse) and another with a tracking number (with a link to the messenger service company’s web page). Finally, the person making the delivery will contact you by SMS or email to advise you of your order’s delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days following the purchase to return it, as long as the product you return or exchange shows no sign of having been used. Any return/exchange must include the original packaging and any accessories that were included in your order. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered on the purchase date. It is important that you contact us within 2-3 days after the purchase date to inform us of your intention to return/exchange the product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
1. Returns and exchanges cannot be made more than 15 days after the purchase date.
2. You should immediately contact us at info@bobtailfold.com and indicate the reason for your return/exchange as well as your personal information.
3. Always keep a copy of the packing slip/bill that you will receive with your order.
4. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received in and without showing any signs of use. It must be returned to our offices within the 15 days following the date that you received the order.
5. The shipping cost will be absorbed by B&F (only on the Spain). The client must contact B&F so that ZELERIS can send a messenger to his or her home to collect the product.
6. B&F will only refund the complete amount of the bill in cases of B&F manufacturing defects or faulty quality. In other cases B&F will refund a credit for use on www.bobtailfold.com.

B&F reserves the right to reject any return/change that does not fully meet the above conditions.
